I meant to write way earlier but I had a hell of a time sleeping last night and every time I woke up today I just rolled back over. But you get a free day today! I had plans but didn’t know it was super bowl Sunday and that changes things but I found out on too short notice to actually come up with a worthwhile alternative. So today watch football if it’s your thing, read a book or do some yoga or watch a good movie if it isn’t.

- Do a Guided Meditation and/or Listen to a Subliminal Audio for Letting Go of the Past
